May, June, September are the best time to visit Bali, since its dry & off season where you can get discount and promotion package from many hotel/villas, and also less people visit Bali, so you may have more time to explore this beautiful island with minimum traffic jammed. Good weather you’ll find on April & October.
Starting November to April is rainy season in Bali, though you still have opportunity to explore any area in Bali, because the rain usually uneven.
July, Aug & December is Bali’s High Season since it’s a long holiday for student and end of year holiday as well.
